Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after order date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at refunds@sb2g.com. If your return request is accepted, the buyer will ship the item back to us, at their expense to:

Please include your name, address, email address, phone number and proof of purchase with your returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; like perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at refunds@sb2g.com.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refunds Policy:

· Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service
· Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us
· Service refers to the Website
· Website refers to sb2g.com, accessible from www.sb2g.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· The Goods were purchased in the last 30 day; meaning 30 days after order date
· The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
· The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
· The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 day of order without giving any reason. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement, such as, “I wish to cancel this order number because ….” by either emailing Us at refund@sb2g.com or calling Us at 630-653-7723.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days of cancellation date. We will use the same method of payment as You used for the order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
